Ingredients
- 4 cups full cream milk
- 1/4 tspn saffron
- 4 tbspn semolina (washed)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup Khoya (mava)
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 tspn kewda essence
- 1 1/1 tbspn cashew nuts chopped
- 1 1/1 tbspn pistachio chopped.

- Boil full cream milk and saffson together, stirring all the time for 3-4 mins.
- To the boiling milk, add the semolina and stir continously, until the milk thicken to a sauce like consistency.
- Add the sugar, whole milk fudge or sweetened condensed milk. and kewra water and cook it further for 2-3 mins.
- Cool and pour in small serving bowls and garnish with chashew nuts and pistachios.
- Keep in refrigerator to set and serve chilled.
