(lotus stem patties)
1: Roast the lotus stem untill brown specks appear all arround. Then peal them , Chop them into thin slices and grind them( don’t use grinder, grind them tredetionally in “NIYAMY” – mortor pestel).
2:To this paste, add all ingrediants (except oil).
3: Divide this mixture into balls, then flatten each ball(like a patty).
4: Shallow fry the patties untill light brown, remove excess oil and serve.
