Ingredients
- 1 kg cottage cheese
- 3 cup tomato puree
- 8 green cardamoms
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 2 tspn haldi
- 1 1/2 tspn ginger pd
- 1 1/2 tbspn onion paste ,
- fried 3 badi ilaichi
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 tspn red chilli pd
- 2 tspn mint pd
- 1 tspn shah zeera
- salt
- garlic 2-3 cloves

Cottage cheese in tomatoes.
1. Fry Paneer till golden brown. Keep aside in cold water.
2. Mix all ingredients with water and cook till thick.
3. Add paneer and cook till tender.
4. Add mint powder and zeera.
