Ingredients
  • 1kg apples-quice apple peeled,cored,quartered
  • 8 cups water
  • salt
  • 8 green cardamoms
  • 4 dalchini sticks
  • 1/2 tspnhaldi pd
  • 11/2 tbspnonion paste(fried)
  • 100 gms,tamarind -imli 1/2 cup water...strained
  • 2tspn red chilli pd dissolved in 1/2cup water
  • 2-3 tble spn oil
  • 1/2 cup mawal-water (for color)
  • 1/4 blk cumin seeds
Cuisine: Cooking time: 30 mins Serving: 4 people

Quince Apples.

1..Fry apples till reddish brown,keep aside,
2…In a pan bring water to boil,add salt,grn cadamoms,cinnamon stcks,haldi,onion paste…nd imli.boil untill water is reducedto half.
3….add fried apples,red cilli water nd oil…cover nd cook till apples r soft but yet retain their shape..add mawal water (optional)sprinkle zeera..
