Ingredients
- Al - bottle gourd
- Onions,
- Meat,
- Curd
- Oil
- Badiyan - fennel seeds
- Shonth powder - coriander powder
- Rohan - garlic
- Pudina dry

(Bottle Gourd cooked in yogurt)
Directions:
- Peel al remove seed make small slices
- Fry al properly till yellowish brown. sprinkle 2 tspn of slat over fried bottle gourd (al)
- Pressure cook meat with onions, {after adding salt (2tspn), fennel seeds(1tspn), garlic (1), coriander powder (1/2tspn) for 10 mins (depending on the meat).
- Stir fry curd incold oil till thick for at least 10-15 minutes
- Add pudina, keep stirring for 5 mins more
- Add fried al and pressured mazz with its rass and boil for 10 minutes
- Add zeera ½ tspn and serve hot
