Ingredients
6 cups water, salt to taste, 1 tsp green tea, 1½ cups milk, a pinch of baking soda, 1 tbsp cream.

Preparation
- Put water, tea and soda or baking soda in samovar.
- Now put in five or six large live charcoals in the funnel and allow the tea to boil.
- Now add another cup of water and boil till only a little is left.
- Next, add four cups of water and salt to taste.
- After this has boiled for a few minutes, the colour of the tea will become redish pink.
- Pour in the milk.
Do not cover the tea while it is cooking. When it has boiled for some time, take it off the fire. If you do not have a samovor, you can brew this tea in a bhogona or pan.
